ambrosehawk,

Nancy Allen and I and probably others would like to get in touch with you. You can email me, and/or go to http://facebook.com/rd.flowers0 and/or the group I'm in about the Cumberland Strip in the '70's ( but where we really go into at least all of Fort Sanders with our reminisces ).

Just a quick note, your comment toward the end being at January first, we look ahead to the New Year. How quick you forget that our new year is celebrated the night of Samhain. At midnight on Samhain is when the celtic new year begins. Please, if this is going to be a celtic sight, let us all remain traditional and not worry of social exceptance. In accordance with my Welsh heritage, my new year has begun and will celegrate yule. Christmas is part of organized christianity celebrated at a time other than the actual birth of jesus on Jan. 6th due to christians not wanted to share that day with the roman celebration of saturlina. Blessed be and well.

Nice post on Yule,
I rewrote the Night before Christmas poem to refocus on Odin and the old ways, and made it into a machinima film, hope you like it :)

Could not 'Armorica',the celtic enclave of nothern France, now called Brittany, on the other side of the channel be a more credible provenance than 'Marmorica' Egypt, since the languages of breton and cornish are so similiar, especially in a time when the sea routes were the highways.
For your consideration.

[...] leave a response I read this on one of the many Yahoo Groups I belong to where I enjoy the online company of like minded spiritual thinkers, seekers and followers. This essay jumped out at me the minute I read it and I KNEW it would be a great follow-up to the Beliefnet article I posted a few days ago concerning Christians blending their faith with the New Age. It was penned by a great voice for my chosen spiritual journey and faith. He is an author among other things, though only known as Ambrose Hawk. Blessings to him for his wisdom, his spirit and for being an inspiration to seekers like me! If you’d like to learn more about him or his writings, click here: http://celticmagick.com/about/biography-of-ambrose-hawk/ [...]
